Nicole A. Casciola, Esq. is a 2003 graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University and 2000 graduate of The College of New Jersey.  Upon graduation, Ms. Casciola served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nester F. Guzman, P.J.F.P, ret. in Passaic County, from September 2003 through August 2004.  Upon completion of her judicial clerkship, Ms. Casciola entered private practice. Continuously, Ms. Casciola has focused her practice on family law and related matters.  Ms. Casciola was included in the New Jersey Super Lawyers, Rising Stars list published by Thompson Reuters for the years 2009, 2012 and 2013.  Ms. Casciola is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the State of Pennsylvania as well as the District Court for the District of New Jersey.  She is a Barrister for the Barry Crowland Inns of Court and volunteers as a panelist for the Passaic and Essex County Superior Court Early Settlement Panel programs.  Ms. Casciola has been a member of the Passaic County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Since 2009, Ms. Casciola has served as the Legal Services Consultant for The College of New Jersey.

     Ms. Casciola’s experience in the practice of law has been devoted exclusively to the areas of matrimonial practice and family law matters.  She is knowledgeable and dedicated to helping her clients during difficult times and provides a welcoming environment for clients to receive the compassion and assistance that is required when navigating challenges with family law matters.  Ms. Casciola has had a great deal of success when dealing with families in crisis and the emotional turmoil often times associated with divorce, custody and parenting issues, and conflict.
